1. Quality defects data of August to November, Let off bar, Loom edge (light & heavy), and
floats, trends are improving/deteriorate, summery of in between two presentation is
missing.
2. During supervisor round, as per defined check point (on the basis of defects improvement)
take action and every supervisor do they accordingly best adopted check list.
3. Observation, root cause, action taken on that basis, we will get improvement in the defects.
4. ACNE – Almost month showing 100% defects, we can engage as per summarise defects?

5. Float checking machine require to stop (single & double circular), we can check in recess
time ( tee, lunch).
6. Mid-day meeting will planned by steering committee and progress report reporting by
coordinator to the plant head.

8. Unskilled weaver training effectively planning and training committee will make action plan
for the same.
9. Beam gaiter level are stagnant, traing effectively planning and training committee will make
action plan for the same.
