Industrial Workforce Training and Courses

Lean Practices

We carry out organizational assessment and audits to understand the current level of lean practices in place. We propose and carry out detailed industrial studies, train the shop floor team to collect accurate data for analysis and then recommend the right practices, tools and systems to adopt. Implementation success is benchmarked against set Goals towards either loss reduction or wastage control, stabilization of shop floor, overall productivity, employee engagement, work standardization etc.
